Harlem Commonwealth Council (HCC) is an economic development corporation determined to bring economic prosperity to Upper Manhattan, Washington Heights, and Bronx residents. HCC offers practical, innovative ways for people to lift themselves out of poverty by providing resources for budding entrepreneurs and business owners, academic enrichment and mentorship for youth and adults, and skills training for all community residents. Preparation for the high school equivalency, basic adult education and some scholarship support. HCC programs and services include, but are not limited to the following:
